Magnetic Design Software

 Finite Element and Boundary Element software provide design detail where calculator solved formulas leave off. Finite and Boundary element solutions utilize the same basic formulas but approach the problem differently. It is generally faster to set up problems in boundary element analysis (BEA) than in finite element analysis (FEA), but both provide useful output.
