Reprographic Systems refers to copiers and printers and covers the range from inexpensive $300 LaserJet printers to million dollar plus sophisticated, high speed color printing systems.
Systems utilizing magnetic toner require precision toner roll transfer assemblies. These may be individual rolls with multiple pole magnetic patterns or, in larger systems, rolls comprised of numerous magnets separated by filler material.
Magnetic materials utilized in these transfer rolls include:
Injection molded ferrite
Extruded ferrite
