	FerroSheet is magnetically receptive sheeting which can be adhered to non-magnetic surfaces to allow them to attract magnets. FerroSheet comes plain or with a vinyl surface. Contact Flexmag Industries for information on available surface finishes and colors.

	FM-60 is an especially high energy flexible magnetic material particularly well suited for engineered solutions requiring the highest holding force.

	In addition to engineering uses, profile extrusions are widely used for signage and scheduling boards.

	Flexible sheets can be extruded to as little as 0.010" (0.25 mm) while maintaining excellent surface quality. When laminated with a printable vinyl sheeting, this product is used as consumer inkjet printable magnetic paper. The thinner sheet also makes for very light weight display advertising, minimizing mailing / shipping costs.

	Standard and high energy flexible magnets are available in custom designed extrusion and custom cut parts to fit your specifications. Magnets can be provided with the correct magnetization pattern for your application or provided unmagnetized.

	Ultra-Mag is smoother than other sheeting and provides eighty to eighty-five pounds of holding power per square foot. It is available in premium colors which offer remarkable color consistancy. Stability of the applied films and the ULTRA-MAG sheeting is excellent from -40 to 160 °F. Ultra-mag contains no plasticizing agents or solvents and, under normal use, will give years of service. (Note: some surface finishes may contain plasticizers).

Application Example

Promotional signage is available in many shapes and styles. Most are flat, flexible magnets with an advertising message such as shown in this illustration.

Promotional magnets are typically extruded or calendered ferrite. Surface finish is provided by a vinyl or metallic film in various colors and textures. The message is printed on the vinyl and the sheet is die cut to form the shape of the individual magnets.

Thickness is usually held to a minimum to reduce mailing expense. Magnets are often included in Sunday newspaper suppliments, given out at trade shows, mailed with advertising literature from a local business, etc.
