Online Payment Policy
We accept most major brands of credit cards for online purchases. We do have other forms of payment if needed, so please contact us for more information to discuss the other types of payments we have available.
Online Order Cancellation Policy
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment, so canceling an order may be difficult. If you wish to cancel an order, notify us immediately and we will attempt to stop the order before it is processed and sent for shipping. If it has already been processed, we are unable to cancel the order, and it will be subject to our return policy. You can contact us directly about your order and about shipping questions by using the phone numbers listed on the Shipping and Product Contact Information page.
Online Purchase Return Policy
We accept returns on all products, purchased on our online store, returned to us unopened, in original packaging, and resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable. Shipping fees incurred by Arnold Magnetic Technologies greater than the flat rate charged are not refundable. There is a $25.00 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is greater, for all returned items. Please email us at infoNA@arnoldmagnetics.com with a subject line of RMA Request to receive an RMA number before returning any products. All products must be shipped in a box in order to comply with USPS, UPS, and FedEx regulations. Returns in an envelope or padded envelope will not be accepted. Return refund processing can take 3-4 weeks, from receipt of the return, as all products are individually inspected for damage/use.
We do not accept returns on products that have been damaged due to improper handling or that show signs of wear.
Custom orders are not eligible for return unless the products do not meet the original agreed upon specifications.
Any order returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address supplied or an undeliverable address will be refunded the value of the order less shipping and any return shipping charges. If you would like the order reshipped, we require that you pay another shipping fee, as postage for returned items is not refunded by the carrier. Any shipments refused by addressee are also subject to shipping and return shipping charges.
Damaged Shipment Policy
We take great care in packaging our products for shipment, so damage during shipping is very rare. All shipments that are received in visibly damaged condition MUST be reported to the delivery carrier at the time of receipt. Also, damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving your shipment so that we can initiate a claim with the carrier. You must keep all boxes and packing material, as the carrier may want to inspect the damaged packaging and products.
Incomplete/Incorrect Shipment Policy
All orders are double checked before shipping to ensure that all ordered items are included and correct. In the rare case that you receive an incomplete or incorrect order, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving your shipment. Due to the small size of some of our products they are sometimes overlooked in the packing materials. Please double check the contents of your box, including all of the packing materials before initiating a claim. Arnold Magnetic Technologies, at its sole discretion, can choose to refund or replace the item(s) in question.
On products where sales tax applies, your online order will show tax applicable to the destination to which your order is shipped, delivered or picked up, at current tax rates. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax in certain states. Arnold Magnetic Technologies is required to collect tax in all states where we have a physical presence.
Request Tax Exempt Status
- Login and create an account.
- E-mail a copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate to us at infoNA@arnoldmagnetics.com and use a subject line of Tax Exempt Status Request.
- We will review your paperwork, and change your account so you will not be charged use tax until the expiration of the Tax Exempt certificate. Once the certificate expires, your status will be reset until a new certificate is received.
- If you inform us that you are purchasing items under tax exempt status and we do not receive your certificate within 24 hours of your purchase, tax will be charged to your order.
